Terms and Conditions for “Win a Hi-Fi-System with iPod Adaptor and DVD Player with LiquiphysicsTM” prize draw 2010

• This prize draw is open to companies in the field of Liquiphysics and their employees resident in all countries except Japan. Please note that the prize draw is not open to individuals and companies subject to export and other foreign trade controls restrictions and to individuals and companies from countries subject to export and other foreign trade controls restrictions.
• In order to participate in this prize draw the duly completed registration must be received by METTLER TOLEDO by November 30th, 2010. Responsibility cannot be accepted for registrations which are delayed or not received.
• There is no purchase required in order to participate in the prize draw.
• The winners will be selected at random from the duly completed registrations received by METTLER TOLEDO in time from the countries with the most replies The selection is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Legal action is excluded.
• The winners will be notified by e-mail and will receive their prizes by post. Delivery of the prize is subject to the applicable laws and regulations including export control regulations. METTLER TOLEDO shall have no obligation to deliver a prize or a substitute where such delivery contradicts any applicable regulations.
• Prizes are non-transferable; there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. METTLER TOLEDO however reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or higher value. Winners are responsible for the payment of all charges or taxes related to the receipt or use of the prizes.
• By participating in this prize draw and to the extent permitted by law each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against METTLER TOLEDO, its employees and agents, for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with this prize draw or from the use of any prize.
• In the event of circumstances arising outside of its control METTLER TOLEDO reserves the right to cancel or change the prize draw at any stages.
• Participants authorize METTLER TOLEDO to publish their names together with the results of this prize draw.
• Participants agree that all data, especially name and address, may be processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the prize draw. Unless participants have consented to, their data will not be used for marketing or other purposes nor shared or distributed to any third party.
• Participants confirm to be authorized to provide all information requested in the registration form.   
• Participants bear the sole responsibility for abiding to all regulations they are subject to, including but not limited to procurement regulations and internal company guidelines of their employers.
• Participation in this prize draw is subject to these rules and participants agree to be bound by them when entering this prize draw.
• This prize draw is exclusively governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive venue for any disputes that may arise under or in relation to this prize draw shall be the courts of the Canton Zurich.
